Founded by former military pilots, Solutions Aviation brings over 70 years of aviation experience and expertise. Solutions Aviation provides aircraft brokerage, acquisitions, sales, management, financing, leasing and flight operation services for our customers. With offices in Indianapolis and Chicago, the Solutions Aviation Team is proud of achieving over $150,000,000 in aviation sales from around the world over the last five years. MANAGING PARTNERS

Tim Palma

Tim graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1984 with a BS in Marketing. He earned his Navy Commission through the Aviation Officer Candidate School and his Naval Aviator Wings through the Jet Strike pipeline., While in the Navy, he amassed over 1500 hours in the FA-18. He is a veteran of the first Persian Gulf War, a graduate of The Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), Landing Signal Officers (LSO) School and the Naval Post Graduate Academy Safety School. Upon leaving active duty, Tim was hired by American Airlines. During the 16 years he was with AA, he was type rated on the 757, 767 and 777. He left AA in 2007 to focus his full attention on business aviation sales and management.

Chris Quiocho

Chris is a graduate of Ball State University in Business Administration. He Commissioned in the U.S. Army and proceeded to fly H-60 Black Hawk helicopters over 12 years of service, having most recently spent 2011 flying combat MEDEVAC missions in Afghanistan. Additional ratings include Commercial Instrument fixed wing. Chris is also responsible for new business development and marketing for Solutions Aviation and Solutions Air Charter.


MIDWEST SALES DIRECTOR

Tom Coogan

Tom is a Colorado College graduate in Mathematics. As a Navy Pilot he initially flew the H-2 Seasprite helicopter and accumulated significant recognition during successful missions over two Persian Gulf deployments. Tom transitioned to fixed wing as a flight instructor in the T-2 Buckeye jet, T-34 Turbo Mentor and T-44 King Air . Tom is a Naval Postgraduate School Safety School graduate and was the Training Air Wing Four Safety Officer when he left the Navy to join aviation record setter Steve Fossett in his trading operation in Chicago. Tom operated a passenger and cargo air carrier from 2006 until 2010 and is the Chicago branch of the Solutions Aviation Team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the aviation industry.
