Solutions Aviation provides aircraft brokerage, acquisitions, sales, management, financing, leasing and flight operation services for our customers. MANAGING PARTNER
Tim Palma
Tim graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1984 with a BS in Marketing. He earned his Navy Commission through the Aviation Officer Candidate School and his Naval Aviator Wings through the Jet Strike pipeline., While in the Navy, he amassed over 1500 hours in the FA-18. He is a veteran of the first Persian Gulf War, a graduate of The Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), Landing Signal Officers (LSO) School and the Naval Post Graduate Academy Safety School. Upon leaving active duty, Tim was hired by American Airlines. During the 16 years he was with AA, he was type rated on the 757, 767 and 777. He left AA in 2007 to focus his full attention on business aviation sales and management.
Paul Hansen
Paul Hansen has been an International Airline Captain with over 30 years of flying experience logging over 15,000 hours in large transport category aircraft, and corporate jets. Paul brings his experienced background in both aircraft management and flight crew hiring to Solutions Aviation. Paul currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his wife. Barbara and their two dogs.
